REQUIREMENT AND PROCESS OF THE START-UP VISA PROGRAM

A.REQUIREMNT

Principal application must score CLB 5 out of 12 on the English Test or French test (IELTS or TEF)
Be ready to do 6-8 weeks distance training (online), dedicate about 2 hours per week.
Undergo medical & security clearance from the Canadian Federal authorities
Upon acceptance by the federal government of Canada, participate as an owner in the start – up company

B.PROCESS

After signature of agreement and payment of initial fees, we would match the investor with a qualified business in line with the investor profile.
A group of investors is forms; training will be done online and final pitch would be done to the Designated Organization : Letter of support would be obtained. The investor pays the bulk of the cost of the program at this stage in about 6 months.
Once the letter of support is obtained, we then submit the immigration application to Federal authorities. Processing time is currently officially 18 – 24 months with Fast – Track Option between the date of submission and final decision by Canada.
Security & medical check, then issuance of permanent resident visa to your families : principle application + spouse + children below 22.
