Fund Options in Portugal

Fund 1 :

Public equity: This fund focuses on investing in public equities. More than 60% of the fund will be allocated to the largest Portuguese-listed equities and less than 40% will be allocated to the proprietary internationallisted equities strategy. This is an open-ended, perpetual investment fund, allowing for both early redemptions and longer investment periods.

Fund 2 :

Debt or hybrid: Investing in prime Portuguese small and medium companies with profitable and attractive business models, this fund is to be used for investment in expansion, working capital, refinancing, or leveraged buyouts. Investments in companies for growth with fixed returns and downside protection.

Fund 3 :

Private equity and debt: This fund derived growth, expansion, and consolidation for businesses. It provides liquidity to companies and/or acquires both minority and majority interests. Flexible equity and debt instruments favoring attractive returns with downside protection and opportunistic deals.
